The Faxon fluted Match Series replacement barrel for Sig P365 XL 9mm caliber handguns is engineered to provide shooters match-grade accuracy using a wide array of ammo. Faxon manufactures their Sig XL barrels to exacting specifications in their own factory. As a result, the new Sig P365 XL barrels produce lockups that are tighter than factory OEM barrels and are available in both threaded and non-threaded versions.

Enhanced Performance

The Sig P365 XL barrel is manufactured with a conventional 1:10 rifling twist designed to fire a wide range of factory and lead-cast 9mm ammo while producing match-grade accuracy. The Faxon barrels are engineered to stricter tolerances than OEM barrels to produce consistently tighter lockups. In addition, the ammo feed ramp is finished to a high gloss that results in a consistently smooth ammo feed, and the barrel's 11-degree target crown results in superior accuracy.

Quality Construction

Both the threaded and non-threaded versions of the Sig P365 XL barrel are machined from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel that produces improved accuracy and increased durability. The inside of the XL barrel is finished with a salt-bath nitride coating designed to reduce wear and increase barrel life significantly. Exterior finishes are available in black nitride, titanium nitride gold, and chameleon PVD, so you can choose a finish best suited to your taste. The P365 XL threaded barrel weighs only 2.96 ounces, and the non-threaded version weighs in at just 2.47 ounces.

Easy Installation

Both the threaded and non-threaded Sig P365 XL barrel versions install easily with no needed modifications. The threaded version has a 1/2-28 TPI for simple twist-on installation, and a thread protector is included.
