The high strength of CMT’s extruded aluminum rail is paired with CMT's patent-pending stainless steel rail mounting attachment. The rail is timed to your upper with anti-rotate tabs so there’s no guesswork involved. You won’t need to shim the barrel nut or go through a lot of trial and error trying to keep the rail clear of the gas block and tube. This CMT handguard is designed with those clearances in mind, so you won’t have to worry about contact with the gas tube and you don’t have to worry about compatibility with most gas low profile blocks. CMT thinks of everything, right down to the barrel nut wrench. They’ve included one right in the package.

Choose the Length You Need and the MOD You Want

Whether you need a full-length 15-inch M-LOK Handguard or a shorter version for your new build, the CMT AR Rail System comes with the features you want. If you prefer a full Picatinny top rail, choose the UPHR Rail System MOD 2. If you don’t want the full Picatinny treatment, choose the MOD 1, which utilizes Picatinny Rail only at the ends of the 12 o’clock rail surface, leaving the majority of the top surface match to the M-LOK style. Either MOD is available as a 6.7-inch, 9.5-inch, 13.7-inch or a 15-inch M-LOK Handguard.
