The Blitzkrieg Components AR-15 Spike Front Sight Post is a drop in replacement front sight post designed to replace and outperform standard A2 sight posts found in most fixed or folding AR-15 sights. The Blitzkrieg Spike Front Sight Post features a sharp aiming point for precision aiming every time.

Enhanced AR-15 Front Sight Post

The Blitzkrieg AR-15 Spike Front Sight Post is machined from 416 Stainless Steel and given a black Melonite coating for a matte black finish that will stand up to the elements and keep your sight looking sharp. The Spike sight post can be applied to any standard threaded sight housing with either a standard A2 sight tool or the Blitzkrieg Components sight tool. The Blitzkrieg Spike is available with a green luminescent stripe on the sight face or with a Tritium Sight Dot below the Spike’s aiming point. The Tritium sight makes nighttime target acquisition fast and easy regardless of distance.

Luminescent green stripe characteristics: The Luminescent (Glow) Stripe glows very bright when charged and the glow brightness dissipates gradually in darkness. The brighter and longer the light charge is, the brighter and longer the glow will be. Sunlight and Tactical LED flashlights give the best charge, but any type of lighting will work. It will glow very bright after just a few seconds of charge, and will glow longer with a bit longer charge. Typically, in total darkness after being charged you can expect it to glow very bright for 5 minutes, brighter than tritium for 30 minutes and at a lower level for a few hours.

Tritium Dot: The Tritium Dot is .062" in diameter, it provide a 24/7, always-on night capability.
